Experience:
Ms. Samia Asaad has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector that has provided her an opportunity to gain rich exposure in the areas of HR, Project Management, Quality Management, Islamic Banking, Compliance, Marketing along with Operational and Service Excellence. She has been associated with international and local financial institutions like Al Baraka Bank Pakistan, Faysal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO. In her last role, she served as Senior Vice President, heading the OD & Learning function in the HR department of Al Baraka Bank, Pakistan.
Samia has also played an instrumental role in managing three integration projects for multinational financial institutions by working in the Project Management Office in direct coordination with the Management teams and International Offices. She is a seasoned and self-motivated professional with exceptional leadership skills to train, manage, coach and guide all levels of strategic partnerships that encompass overall business and business units.
In addition to her professional background, she holds various professional certifications which include being a Certified Director from PICG, Certified Trainer by Business Edge, IFC and Certified Life Coach Practitioner & Assessor.
